The County is pleased to offer as a service to our customers the ability to download our Parcel Basemap and Centerline data using our FTP site. The files are in Shapefile format and have been zipped down for compression.

Please note that this data is covered by our disclaimer and the user should be familiar with GIS and understand how to process and view the data.

If you do not already have an FTP Account, fill out the following form and you will receive an email with instructions.

After you have received the email, please click on the link below to access our public FTP site:

ftp://gis1.sbcounty.gov/

You will be prompted for a username and password (Provided in the email).

You will see a folder named parcel_basemap_data, the data is in this directory.

You will find Centerline, Parcel, Disclaimer and Meta-Data all available in this directory.

The County does not have the resources to train or assist those not familiar with working with ShapeFiles. For additional information on this format we suggest visiting the ESRI site and reviewing their knowledge base or searching Google for ShapeFile.
